    • Coordination of IT reporting with Gazprom parent company in Russia
    • Facilitation of project execution in compliance with the lifecycle methodology (I-DO)
    • Coordinate programme/project kick-off in accordance with I-DO framework and ACS/CCE workflow
    • Develop, implement and maintain new governance procedures
    • Implement controls and guidelines to ensure IT Projects operate in an effective, efficient and compliant way
    • Provide integration and escalation assistance

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Coordinate IT reporting with Shareholders
      • Build strong relationship with Russian stakeholders and colleagues
      • Coordinate KPIs reporting for parent company
      • Collate and prepare information for ITAC reporting
    • Management of information
      • I-DO Document Repositories Administration
      • Configuration librarian: Upload of new documents and updates
    • Supporting PMs
      • Facilitation of project execution in compliance with the lifecycle methodology (I-DO)
      • Training of new PMs on IT Governance
      • Communicate across IT Governance principles
    • Quality assurance
      • Coordinate programme/project kick-off in accordance with I-DO framework and ACS/CCE workflow
      • Collection and review of project documentation through project Lifecycle
      • Pre Gate review
      • Governance meetings (RB/ARB) – review materials / reports / supporting documents etc …
    • Admin
      • IT Governance calendar

Skills & Competencies

Mandatory skills and competencies

  • Russian and English speaker
  • Strong IT Governance management skills:
  • Understanding of end to end project life cycle
  • Knowledge of various delivery approaches
  • Ability to propose ideas of improvements
  • Understanding of how Governance is impacting project stakeholders

Other Competencies

  • Ability to be agile and flexible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to deal with complex and various stakeholders

  • Degree or equivalent
