<div>The CELLS Legal team’s scope of work involves supporting the exciting and fast evolving Clean Energy, LNG, Shipping &amp; Logistics businesses. We are looking for a bright, adaptable and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant support this dynamic legal team. <br /></div>
<h2 class="ms-rteElement-H2">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2>
<ul><li>Provision of administrative support to the CELLS team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of its activities</li>
<li>Maintaining an accurate and effective filing system for the CELLS team, including scanning documents, filing original documents and assisting with overhauling the Corporate electronic files </li>
<li>Assisting with contract execution, including liaising with the Executive Office and other PAs/administrative assistants to obtain signatures and originals for filing</li>
<li>Assisting in the production and amendment of documents, presentations and materials </li>
<li>Maintaining bibles of documentation for the CELLS team</li>
<li>Preparing expense forms and assisting with the processing of invoices</li>

Internal Audit faces a wide range of challenges focused on intra-company supervision and control and we now require a specialist to strengthen the Internal Audit team.<br />The Internal Audit team has the responsibility of providing an independent view on the Group’s corporate governance and risk management system to the Audit Committee and Executive management. The role also provides the opportunity to work closely with the Internal Audit Manager to support the Audit Committee members and representatives, as well as the senior management of GM&amp;T. <br /></div>

This position is responsible for ensuring GM&amp;T and its subsidiaries meet their direct tax compliance and reporting obligations. The position requires delivering accurate and timely tax accounting and reporting, assisting with tax risk management and establishing tax processes, systems and controls as a foundation to support the growth of the Group. </div>

<ul><li>Ensuring the Group meets its corporation tax compliance obligations on a global basis; </li>

<li>Undertaking all aspects of tax reporting including group and UK company returns, financial accounts (IFRS) and tax management reporting;</li>

<li>Reporting the Group’s Effective Rate of Tax and contributing to the delivery of tax team performance targets and KPIs;</li>

<p>The Department is organised as a Central Strategy team of 4-5 people and three Strategy Business Partner teams of 1-2 people, each of which concentrates on supporting one of the three Strategic Business Units.</p>

<div class="ms-rteElement-P">The key task of this role is to assist in the expansion of GM&amp;T’s business worldwide by supporting the Credit Risk Department in establishing, monitoring, controlling and reporting counterparty credit limits, assisting with negotiations on documentation, raising external financing and developing relationships with financing banks and credit departments of GM&amp;T’s counterparties.<br />The current Credit Risk team consists of a Head of Credit Sanctioning, a Head of Credit Policy and Development, two Credit Managers, two Senior Credit Analysts, two Credit Analysts and two Credit Administrators.<br /></div>
<h2 class="ms-rteElement-H2">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2>
<div class="ms-rteElement-P"><h4 class="ms-rteElement-H4">Specific responsibilities</h4>
<ul><li>Counterparty assessment – analysing counterparties’ credit worthiness in order to recommend appropriate credit limits and credit support (PCGs, L/Cs etc) where necessary. The Senior Credit Analyst is expected to be focussed on the more challenging end of the portfolio working closely with the commercial teams to structure and develop transactions. </li>
<li>Credit control – regular renewal and continuous monitoring of counterparty status and anticipation and management of breaches and exceptions.</li>
<li>Counterparty maintenance – developing and maintaining relationships with counterparties including support in negotiating trading documentation and maximising the credit lines extended to GM&amp;T.</li>
<li>Credit support provision – identifying the requirements for credit support for exchanges, operators and certain new business activities (not core trading) and evaluating and procuring the most cost-effective forms of credit support. </li>
<li>Bank relationship management – working with the wider Credit, Treasury and Funding teams to assist in bank relationship management and occasional transactions related to letter of credit issuance and short term working capital funding.</li>

<h4 class="ms-rteElement-H4">Role objectives</h4></div>
<div>The key task of this role is to assist in the expansion of GM&amp;T’s business worldwide by supporting the Credit Risk Team in establishing, monitoring and reporting counterparty credit limits, managing breaches of existing credit limits, assisting with negotiations of trading documentation, establishing GM&amp;T lines of credit and developing relationships with the credit departments of GM&amp;T’s counterparties.<br />The current Credit Risk team consists of a Head of Credit Sanctioning, a Head of Credit Policy and Development, two Credit Managers, two Senior Credit Analysts, two Credit Analysts and two Credit Adminstrators.</div>
<br /><h4 class="ms-rteElement-H4">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h4>
<div><strong>Specific responsibilities</strong><br /></div>
<ul><li>Counterparty assessment – analysing counterparties’ credit worthiness in order to recommend appropriate credit limits and managing credit support (PCGs, LCs etc) where necessary. Regular renewal and continuous monitoring of counterparty status. </li>
<li>Counterparty maintenance – developing and maintaining relationships with counterparties including support in negotiating trading documentation and maximising the credit lines extended to GM&amp;T.</li>
<li>Credit support provision – identifying the requirements for credit support for exchanges, operators and certain new business activities (not core trading) and evaluating and procuring the most cost-effective forms of credit support.</li>
<li>Credit reporting and control – routine reporting of credit exposure and risk measures, and anticipation and management of breaches and exceptions. </li></ul>

<strong></strong><ul><li><br />Build and maintain strong internal relationships across all business and support functions and ensure close liaison with other members of the risk management team.</li>
<li>Assist Heads of Credit in development of the Credit Risk function including counterparty assessment tools, advanced exposure and risk measures and development and documentation of credit risk management policies and procedures<br /></li></ul>

<ul><li>Understanding of the key elements of Credit Risk Management with credit assessment experience from a commodity trading or banking environment.</li>
<li>Experience of commercial lending and derivatives markets along with knowledge of energy markets and types of physical and financial energy products and their risks.</li>
<li>Ability to produce accurate credit papers and reports within tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Fluent in English. Other language skills would be a major benefit, especially German.</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills. Advanced Excel and Visual Basic skills would be an advantage.</li>

GM&amp;T is headquartered in London and was established in 1999 to manage Gazprom's marketing and trading activities in the liberalised markets of Europe. </div>

<div>GM&amp;T is responsible for the optimisation of Gazprom’s energy commodity assets and downstream expansion through its marketing and trading network. With subsidiaries in Houston, Singapore, Paris, Berlin and Manchester, GM&amp;T trades energy commodities including gas, power, oil and oil products, carbon, LNG and FX. GM&amp;T has been trading financial oil products on a number of exchanges since 2006 and can now offer 24-hour coverage of the market between Singapore, London and Houston.</div></div>
<h2 class="ms-rteElement-H2">Role objectives</h2>
<div>The role is responsible for conducting the day to day power operations activities within the Operations Team of Gazprom Marketing and Trading (GM&amp;T). The primary objectives of this role are as follows:</div>
<div><ul><li><div class="ms-rteElement-P">Manage the day to day operations within the GM&amp;T power portfolio</div></li>
<li><div class="ms-rteElement-P">Involvement in the development and expansion into new markets across Europe and the development of systems required.</div></li></ul>
<div>The position will involve out of hours and weekend work.</div></div>
<h2 class="ms-rteElement-H2">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2>
<h4 class="ms-rteElement-H4">Operations Activities</h4>
<ul><li>Nominate the ‘within day’ and ‘day ahead’ power positions across European trading grids and through the UK Continental Interconnectors to all relevant TSOs</li>
<li>Participation in cross border and grid loss auctions on several platforms</li>
<li>Check positions in all markets with trading team to facilitate profitable trading</li>
<li>Check confirmations returned from TSOs</li>
<li>Provide support to Power Trading Team through the development of a strategy to increase the profitability of the portfolio </li>
<li>Liaise with Gazprom Energy Retail businesses in the UK and Europe with regards to customer forecasting and imbalances</li>
<li>Minimise any imbalances across the positions and look for opportunities to bring further profit to the Power P/L</li>
<li>Development of intraday trading, including IT systems and strategies to increase the profitability of the team</li>
<li>Development of new markets across Europe and the implementation of these markets in the day to day operations procedures</li>
<li>Check future power positions with trading team to assist in their planning</li>
<li>Maintain records of power flows and allocated volumes to assist in efficient reconciliation by other areas of the business in both Middle and Back office.</li></ul>
<h4 class="ms-rteElement-H4">Communication and Reporting</h4>
<ul><li><div class="ms-rteElement-P">Provide relevant trade information to Power Trading Team to allow future positions to be agreed and for further provision to Front, Middle and Back Office Managers</div></li>
<li><div class="ms-rteElement-P">Provide liaison between Trading Capability Team and Power Operations/ Trading Team to ensure rapid development and incorporation of new grids across Europe</div></li>
<li><div class="ms-rteElement-P">Liaise with Regulatory Team on matters arising from legislative changes to power markets </div></li>
<li><div class="ms-rteElement-P">Attend various power industry forums/ meetings on behalf of GM&amp;T and report anything of interest to the Front Office as a whole. </div></li></ul>
<h2 class="ms-rteElement-H2"><div>Skills &amp; Competencies</div></h2>
<ul><li>Excellent analytical skills and a good attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills; advanced knowledge of Excel is required, ideally with a knowledge of systems involved in scheduling gas </li>
