Gazprom Global LNG Limited (GGLNG) and "K" Line LNG Shipping (UK) Limited (KLNG) today signed a term time charter for the LNG carrier "Neva River" (ex-"Celestine River") which will be used in the global LNG trading portfolio of GGLNG.
Frederic Barnaud, Managing Director of GGLNG said: "This agreement is another foundation block in the Gazprom's growth strategy in LNG, and is complementary to our on-going discussions with LNG suppliers and customers.
"We are very pleased to share a vision with KLNG of "common growth", and are looking forward to developing our important relationship with KLNG even further."
Captain Akira Shoji, Managing Director of KLNG said, "This agreement represents another significant milestone for "K" Line's energy transportation business reflecting our substantial experience and in-depth expertise in the maritime industry.
